The Coming Depression

For about twenty years now I have been receiving “right-wing literature” from a number of sources, Tom Anderson and McAlvaney being two of them. There were others, of course, but all of them agreed that no country could keep on promoting a USSA “Socialist Republic” based on a welfare State without eventually splitting its economic britches. I followed this material (1950– 2007) through a number of “experts” like Irwin Schiff, Richard Falk, John McMurty, David Ray Griffin, John A. Stormer, John Strachey, Barry Goldwater, et al.
I have never understood three things: 1) Banking. 2) The stock market. 3) The Federal Reserve. I never will. I have had all three explained to me a dozen times, and several of those times were by BANKERS. I still don’t get it. Somehow or other, when I was a boy, I got the idea from somewhere that all banks were CROOKED. So before I was twelve years old, I quickly adopted Jesse James, John Dillinger, Babyface Nelson, Pretty-boy Floyd, Homer Van Meter, and similar hoods as heroes. If you obtain my autobiography The Full Cup (1992), you will see how those “role models” influenced my “upbringing.” I still think banks are crooked: ALL OF THEM.
This may explain why I dealt in cash (and cash only) till I was 39 years old, which was when I wrote out my first check. I bought my first car at 28 years old and didn’t live in a house from 18 years old to 31 years old. I lived in slit trenches, rooming houses, fraternity “attics,” Quonset huts, foxholes, tents, rented apartments, barracks, and trailers from 18 to 31.
I was raised (1921–1933) in the “Great Depression” (under Coolidge, Hoover, and FDR). I didn’t see an egg or a piece of bacon or ham on the breakfast table from 1928 to 1934. We ate “mush” (oatmeal). A special treat was an orange or an apple in the stocking at Christmas time. At that time the “big timers” made 20 cents an hour at their jobs.
The depression you are about to enter will “unhouse” and “dehouse” millions, and the grocery store will double prices every six months. I would say, without blinking an eye, that the last two generations of Americans, that the NEA (with the help of the ACLU and the Supreme Court) has taught and raised in the public schools, will go completely to pieces under the pressure. You can look forward to weekly RIOTS in the streets which can only be suppressed with a MILITARY ARMY OF OCCUPATION in a MILITARY STATE.
The last two generations of Americans (1950–1980 and 1980–2008) were not raised as “Americans” at all. They were raised to approve of, go along with, help, support, tolerate, and promote loafers, sex perverts, manly women, womanly men, black robbers, black rapists, black killers, drunks, dope addicts, dope fiends, welfare handouts, false religions, cursing, nakedness, pornography, and international Socialism. There were no courses from kindergarten to postgraduate school on: 1) Church History. 2) Patriotism. 3) Character. Loyalty. 5) Honesty. 6) Hard work. 7) Fair play. 8) Moral cleanliness. 9) The Holy Bible. 10) The theory of Creationism. 11) Individualism. 12) Self-reliance. The entire “thrust” and “focus” of every grade school, middle school, and high school in the USA, from 1946–2008, was on esteeming yourself; inventing your own moral standards; abandoning every ABSOLUTE TRUTH where it dealt with morals; avoiding mentioning God, Christ, or even the Bible; accepting sex perverts as normal, average human beings; censoring any speech that might OFFEND a Jew, Catholic, atheist, transvestite, Hindu, or Mohammedan; and classifying ANY speech containing “four-letter words” as socially acceptable.
These generations will shortly face what my generation faced between 1928 and 1934. Not one of them (including the women) will have the character to get through it without lying, stealing, committing suicide, rioting, killing, or all five.
Now, this depression will be (among other things) God’s way of reacting to some stupid Christians siding with Allah and Mohammed, and giving Jehovah’s adopted city and land to a fornicating egomaniac who declared that the Jesus Christ of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John was an “unbeliever” and “infidel” and is now in Hell.
- If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.”
- And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there.
- ¶ The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
- Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.
- He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,
- The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
- If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
- When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
- But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
- Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?
- And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?
- Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk?
- But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,)
- I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.
- And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.
- For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.
- I and my Father are one.
- Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
- Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
- The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
- Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
- If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
- Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
Every edition of the Koran says that if any American believes what Jesus Christ said about Himself, He goes to Hell in the “Last Day” (Surah 21:98).
- Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
- Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
- And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
- Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
- Indeed, you [disbelievers] and what you worship other than Allah are the firewood of Hell. You will be coming to [enter] it.
God is going to “avenge Himself on a nation such as this.”
- Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
- For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.
If you think “the God of gods” is going to let a bunch of Christ-insulting, Bible-rejecting “Christians” get away with a split Jerusalem, you never met the great “I AM” (Who called Satan “THE GOD of this world”).
- And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
- The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.
- In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
The word Allah, according to ALL Moslems on all five continents, should be translated as “THE GOD.” No Moslem ever claimed “THE GOD” as his “FATHER,” although that is who Jesus Christ said “THE GOD” was).
- Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
So a depression is in order; plus some good, healthy tornadoes, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, tidal waves, hurricanes, blizzards, and droughts (which American “Christians” will ascribe to “Mother Nature”).
Now, this depression will come, as did the last one, from messing with money. I know nothing about handling money (as my finance committee and board of trustees would be glad to confirm!). All I know is that if you keep BLOWING AIR into a balloon, eventually it will BURST. Given enough “charge cards” with the government paying all of your bills (a Socialistic welfare State), natural covetousness and “the love of money” will eventually knock the top and bottom off ANY economic system.
- And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
- ¶) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
- For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
So here I am showing how a stupid economist like me “takes” the explanations on the coming depression. I will simply show you why I believe that anything as CROOKED as any country’s way of STEALING its citizens’ money has to be as crooked as a barrel of fishhooks. My reason is shamefully stupid because I have always been stupid when I encounter these kinds of “explanations” for ROBBING people, LYING to people, STEALING from people, and BANKRUPTING people. To me, anything as hard to explain as this mess, while trying to justify it (like Roman Catholic “traditions” or “the sayings of Mohammed” or the present method of voting), has to be ROTTEN inside and out, through and through, both ends and the middle.
What follows is a typical economist expert’s views on the coming depression. This is how he explains the problem: how it started, how it will proceed, and how it will end. Before I bore you to tears with it, may I say (as kindly as I know how): “I think a nation that will not be ruled by God and the Bible will be ruled by greedy pigs, egomaniacal bureaucrats, and silly women.”
- Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
- ¶) For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.
- As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
Now “dig this, baby!” See how much sense it makes!
“The corporate bond market has a few shrinking minorities of triple-A borrowers. A money-pumping binge results in an inflammatory recession. Bond issuers get sneak previews of ratings. High inflated ratings were collateralized debt obligations. Artificial securities rarely have liquid markets; they haircut the securities because of poor liquidity. These insurers covered tax-exempt municipal bonds, so the muni-default insurance seemed to work. It didn’t matter if the bonds rated double A-1 or triple B. Risk securities were mortgage-backed bonds. The mass downgrading includes traditional tax-exempt bonds with mortgage-backed securities and CDOs. ”
What is a CDO? Why, that’s easy! “Cold Drinks for Others.” No? How about “Crazy Depraved Ogres”? Or “Cantankerous Deluded Officers”? Or “Capital’s Dumbbell Offices”? Or “Corrupt Decayed Odors”?
“Your keep safe funds or favored short-term U.S. Treasury securities . . . . Delinquency rates on commercial real estate loans will flood the auction houses. Assuming no capital infusions, they can suffer three kinds of losses in their derivative positions. The credit crack-up can drive outside their historical ranges, so many models could fail. Interest rate and credit derivatives are typically esoteric. Lenders tighten standards on subprime or Alt-A mortgages.”
Anything that takes that much “bull” to explain, has to be crooked from start to finish. Everyone involved in it has to be crazy for a buck or a “saving” or a loan. To clothe such fleshy, carnal, pagan instincts with an invented vocabulary that means NOTHING, only shows “if hit don’t make sense, they’s a buck in it.”
When any trade (medical, legal, political, media, manufacturing, financial, artistic, musical, or literary) has to go that far in INVENTING tradesmen’s terms, it is bound to be just as rotten and godless as the Theory of Evolution, the Theory of Spontaneous Generation, or the Theory of Perpetual Motion, Postmillennialism, Amillennialism, Near East “peace processes,” news media coverage of world events, Bush’s “Road Map,” the “Holy” Hadith, the “Holy” Koran, or the “Holy Father.”
“Simplicity is truth’s most becoming garb” (Bob Jones Sr.).
No great TRUTH has ever been hard to explain, although it has often been hard to be BELIEVED. This is because no great absolute truth is palatable to a sinner who wants to be his own final authority and judge all truths by his own standards. Such a man will deliberately surround any simple absolute with a mass of bewildering questions, doubts, theories, hallucinations, and just plain INSANITY to make it look too complicated to believe.
There is nothing complicated about the source, path, or result of any “depression.” You cannot CON a man unless he is CROOKED. A crooked nation can be easily “conned” by crooked leaders who put the Book behind their backs.
